Job Summary
Lead Physician role in a Primary Care outpatient setting at Berkshire Health Systems. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care; develop clinical guidelines; collaborate with administrative leadership to improve workflows and patient experience; stay current with medical advancements and participate in clinician training; drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and outcomes. Requires MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or related primary care specialty) and a minimum of 3 years of clinical primary care experience, with strong leadership and communication skills and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting; prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
