Job Summary
Manage acute and chronic conditions for a diverse adult patient population in a fully outpatient setting within a multispecialty center. Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to deliver comprehensive, team-based care while utilizing a unified, network-wide electronic health record integrated with hospital systems. Enjoy shared off-hour coverage via phone-calls only with nurse triage and minimal on-call obligations designed to support clinician wellness. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
- Have successfully completed Family or Internal Medicine and be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Off-hour coverage - Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage
