Primary Care IM or FM

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician sought for a patient-centered outpatient primary care clinic in Portsmouth, VA. Role features a predictable 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no nights or weekends, low patient volume (12-15 per day), a multidisciplinary team (NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, lab services, and referral support), an onboarding 4-week Physician Learning Journey, competitive first-year earnings ($300K+) with a sign-on bonus, occurrence-based malpractice coverage, and immediate health benefits.
