Job Summary
Primary Care Physician opportunity in Norfolk, VA with an established, patient-centered practice. Expect a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no nights or weekends, seeing 12–15 patients per day in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team (NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, lab services, and referral support). Includes comprehensive onboarding via a 4-week Physician Learning Journey, occurrence-based malpractice coverage, and a first-year compensation of $300K+ with a sign-on bonus. Requires MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family/Internal/Geriatric Medicine, and VA medical license eligibility. Location: Norfolk, VA, United States.
