Job Summary
Primary Care Giver/FSW Float position at WOCAP in Lima, Ohio, requiring 40 hours per week year-round. Responsibilities include assisting in developing and educating each Child Development Services child, providing day-to-day care in the infant and toddler classroom, facilitating coordination and enrollment of services, ensuring access to health-related services, actively engaging with children, and floating between classrooms including travel to another site to perform the same duties.
Required Qualifications
- MUST be able to pass drug screen and background check
- High School Diploma or GED
- CURRENT CDA certification
- Certifications in Child Abuse & Neglect, Communicable Disease, CPR, and First-Aid must be maintained
- Valid Ohio driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and privately-owned vehicle during working hours preferred
- Ability to check electronic mail, entering data into program-specific software for required reports, and Internet skills required
