Job Summary
Conduct full-scope primary care and manage obstetrics, including approximately 450 deliveries annually. Deliver patient-centered care to an underserved, predominantly Hispanic population using on-site Spanish-speaking Medical Assistants for translation. Operate within a collaborative team of five providers with a 2:1 MA ratio, utilizing advanced resources like on-site optometry and dental services. Work a flexible four-day schedule with ten-hour shifts, rotating one day of OB call per week and one weekend per month. Earn a base salary of $225,000 to $260,000 plus an RVU incentive bonus averaging $40,000 to $80,000, alongside a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and generous 401(k) contributions.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine with Obstetrics
- Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain)
