Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, routine check-ups, and preventive care. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans while collaborating with specialists to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in this outpatient-only setting focused on quality patient outcomes. Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) with active Florida licensure or eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
