Job Summary
LPN in an outpatient Primary Care/Family Medicine setting providing direct patient care, administering medications and vaccines, conducting minor laboratory tests, and contributing to patient care plans. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team with RNs, physicians, and APPs; supports patient and family education, data collection, and documentation in the EMR; 40-hour workweek with days Monday–Friday, no holidays. Pediatric experience and prior direct nursing care experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Direct patient care experience in outpatient/primary care preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred (not required)
- EMR experience preferred
