Job Summary
Primary Care Assistant role supporting patient care under supervision by licensed professionals (RN/LPN). Utilizes nursing process to provide care, coordinates patient care with other departments, and maintains accountability for care delivery. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program with LPN licensure in the hiring state and applicable certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS/PALS/PEARS depending on unit). Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure
- Licensure: LPN license within the hiring state and must meet State Board of Nursing requirements

- Certifications: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) or completion within 30 days of hire; may require ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., Six Assessment & Care Modules or other unit-specific certifications as required
