Job Summary
Provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision of a licensed provider or RN, coordinate patient care with other departments, and maintain accountability for patient care delivery. The role requires an LPN license in the hiring state, BLS certification (with possible department-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and other unit requirements within the department). Physical duties include standing/walking most of the shift and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
- LPN license in Hiring state
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS)
- ACLS/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E. or other unit-specific certifications as required
