Conduct vital signs collection, administer medications, and update electronic patient records in a family practice setting. Perform diagnostic testing, maintain equipment proficiency, and prepare exam rooms ensuring proper sterilization. Screen telephone calls for physician referrals, take medical messages, and relay prescription inquiries. Participate in patient education, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives while assisting support staff with scheduling. Complete FMLA/WC forms accurately and timely. Requires Illinois CMA certification, current CPR, and strong nursing practice skills.
