Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients in a community-based practice. Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans while promoting health education and disease prevention. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate medical records in an electronic medical record (EMR) system and stay current with medical advancements to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collegial team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- AANP/ANCC or NCCPA Board Certification
- Ideal candidates will have experience as an APP in primary care
- Comfortable using new technology and software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
