Job Summary
Conduct pricing strategy analysis, profitability assessments, and value-based pricing evaluations to optimize customer portfolios and drive revenue growth. Collect, interpret, and analyze financial metrics and pricing trends to design forecasting models, dashboards, and actionable reports. Evaluate client pricing processes, identify gaps, and support the design of future-state tools and price optimization platforms. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with broader business goals and deliver client insights.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in developing pricing models and strategies across multiple clients
- Solid understanding of financial concepts including profit margins, cost structures, and revenue models
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies such as value-based, cost-plus, and dynamic pricing
- Ability to identify pricing and monetization opportunities that drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data, including financial metrics and pricing trends
- Design, development, and presentation of forecasting models, reports, and dashboards
- Expertise in data acquisition, cleaning, and structuring from multiple sources
- Interpretation of data using statistical techniques
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx
- Familiarity with sales and pricing technologies such as PriceFX, Zuora, Veeva, Enterra Solutions, and nCino
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and problem-solve
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of R, Python, or SQL
- Demonstrating extensive experience with Salesforce Functional Consulting
- Configuring Salesforce solutions for consumer goods companies
- Delivering long-term system implementations in consumer markets
- Synthesizing complex information into detailed insights
- Utilizing analytical tools like Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Excelling in problem-solving and project management skills
- Engaging in trade promotion management and revenue growth projects
