Job Summary
Configure and extend Pricefx solutions for enterprise pricing while analyzing complex pricing challenges to provide actionable insights. Mentor junior staff to enhance technical skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful pricing strategies. Build meaningful connections with clients to understand needs and navigate complex situations to achieve project objectives. Maintain significant standards in project delivery and contribute to the development of innovative pricing solutions within PwC's Acceleration Centers. This role offers the chance to deepen technical knowledge while supporting Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services through enhanced quality and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of total experience
- Hands-on Pricefx implementation experience with configuration ownership
- Strong proficiency in Groovy scripting (or equivalent scripting background with demonstrated Groovy delivery)
- Solid understanding of pricing concepts: price lists, discounts, approvals, segmentation, customer/product hierarchies, rebate structures, governance controls
- Proficiency with Git-based version control and practical CI/CD execution (pipelineas-code, automated validation, and controlled environment promotion)
- Experience working in cross-functional delivery teams (functional, data/integration, QA, release management)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field preferred)
- Ability to translate requirements into scalable configuration and analytics outputs
- Up to 40% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT preferred
- Pricefx certification preferred
- Building pricing analytics for business impact
- Exposure to AI/ML use cases in pricing
- Familiarity with integration patterns and error handling
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Utilizing CI/CD platforms for delivery
- Collaborating across distributed teams
- Experience with ERP/CRM/CPQ ecosystems
