Job Summary
Pricing Team Members are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate pricing of store merchandise in collaboration with the Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members. Duties include completing price changes and maintaining signage and shelf labels, collaborating with Store Management and Zone Leads to meet pricing standards, responding to pricing discrepancies with urgency, organizing seasonal/promotional in-store collateral, conducting price audit scans for accuracy, coordinating resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies, acquiring knowledge of IT systems to complete responsibilities, and promoting the Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and climb ladders
- Familiarity with IT systems or willingness to acquire knowledge of store IT tooling
- Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program and other company initiatives
