Pricing Strategy Lead - Vice President / Senior Vice President

Job Summary

Lead the firm's Pricing Committee, driving agenda development, analysis, governance, and follow-up actions while partnering directly with executive leadership on strategic pricing decisions and commercial growth initiatives. Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Relationship Management, Distribution, and Product teams to structure new business opportunities, design pricing frameworks, and maintain the Global Standard Pricing Compendium. Build and lead a pricing strategy team responsible for reviewing client requests, developing data-driven recommendations, and drafting policies and governance standards. Conduct market research, model revenue opportunities, and develop dashboards tracking fee realization, take rates, and margin performance. Employees work in the office Monday-Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays.

Required Qualifications

  • 9 - 15 years of experience in pricing strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or other analytical and commercial leadership roles
  • Experience developing pricing strategies, commercial frameworks, revenue optimization initiatives, or profitability analyses within financial services, fintech, asset management, or related industries
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, business case development, pricing analytics, and quantitative decision support
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and effectively communicate complex analyses to C-suite audiences and synthesizing large amounts of data into actionable recommendations and executive-ready presentations
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance revenue growth, profitability, client needs, and competitive positioning
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, sales, product, operations, legal, and executive leadership teams
  • Track record of building processes, governance frameworks, and scalable operating models in evolving organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop executive materials, committee presentations, policies, and client-facing content
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications

  • experience with pricing analytics, business intelligence, and financial planning tools are a plus
  • Previous experience leading teams and developing talent is preferred
  • Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday
