Job Summary
Pricing Specialist handles day-to-day processing of contract changes and updates in Pricing Central, New Business, US Inforce, and Canada GRS; manages fee changes in Apollo; updates revenue and discounts in Salesforce; prepares repricing letters for active contracts in Signature, Marketing, Enterprise, Inforce, and Canada GRS; ensures accuracy of fee calculations using various pricing tools or models; collaborates with North America BU, Account Executives, Client Account Representatives, Sales Support Specialists, Advisor Support, Plan Implementation Managers, and Fee Associates to handle requests from their queues.
