Job Summary
Develop competitive pricing strategies for complex environmental compliance projects across the country, including cost estimates, day rates, and field staffing models for large infrastructure programs. Advise proposal teams and operational leaders on pursuit pricing strategy, negotiations, and best practices while building advanced financial modeling and pricing tool development such as calculators and cost forecasting tools. Partner with business development and operational leaders to drive winning proposals and profitability for construction services. This full-time, salaried role may be based anywhere within the continental United States.
Required Qualifications
- Pricing environmental compliance services during construction, including cost estimates and pricing strategies
- Profitable and competitive day rate and field staffing pricing models
- Pricing large infrastructure or construction phase environmental programs, including for transmission lines, renewable energy facilities, water infrastructure and/or transportation infrastructure
- Developing or improving advanced financial modeling and pricing tool development such as pricing calculators, financial models, and cost forecasting tools
- Advising and coaching proposal teams and operational leaders about best practices for pursuit pricing strategy and negotiations
