Job Summary
Pricing Specialist to drive pricing transformation across the organization by partnering with business and functional leaders to ensure pricing setup is purposeful, scalable and aligned with geographies. Responsible for providing guidance on pricing matters, monitoring pricing in line with global market developments, ensuring data integrity and governance across systems, establishing proper approval/review processes, and running regular price reviews in coordination with Global Price Strategy and other functional managers. Requires cross-cultural collaboration, ability to work across geographies, and willingness to travel; ideal candidate will translate data into pricing insights, engage with sales and product stakeholders, and contribute to improving commercial performance. Strong analytical capabilities (Excel, BI tools, pricing platforms) and experience with pricing software and financial modelling are valued; English communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Business OR Econometrics / Data Science or statistics discipline
- Advanced analytical capabilities (Excel, BI tools, or pricing platforms)
- Experience with pricing software, quantitative analysis, commercial strategy, financial modelling, product analysis
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to present complex issues to stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed
