Job Summary
The Pricing Specialist will prepare rates and organize information for Global & Key Account Customers' RFI and RFP requests for worldwide pricing of ocean products. Responsibilities include supporting tender-related activities in the APAC Region, managing the tender process, developing response formats, and ensuring timely submissions. The role requires coordination with sales team members and internal service providers to create professional customer proposals and involves pricing reviews with various management levels. The individual will also maintain a knowledge pricing database, follow up on bid analyses, and recommend pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in pricing analysis
- Ability to manage information flow
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes
