Job Summary
Maintain pricing integrity by verifying tags with a handheld scanner, correcting daily through monthly price updates, and ensuring displays have accurate signage. Investigate "not-on-file" items, run reports to prevent shrink, and apply price changes from ads or discontinued clearance items. Tear, sort, and hang price tags while ensuring WIC compliance and maintaining clean, safe working environments. Provide customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product location. Requires basic FIM and SAP knowledge, detail-oriented accuracy, and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of FIM (Fresh Item Management)
- Basic knowledge of SAP reporting applications
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes
- Ability to perform basic Microsoft Office functions
- Ability to effectively communicate (in written and verbal form) with customers and partners
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible
- Ability to report any potential hazards that cannot be immediately remedied to a supervisor
- Must be able to lift objects up to 40 lbs
