Pricing Senior Manager

Job Summary
Create and evaluate pricing scenarios for clients by applying methodologies, matter budgets, and profitability assumptions across practice groups. Manage pricing inputs for RFPs, approvals, discounts, and alternative fee arrangements requiring Management Committee review. Develop pricing models, budgets, and profitability analyses for client matters, proposals, and strategic initiatives. Facilitate communication with stakeholders on rate-setting, budget development, and client negotiations. Champion data governance and the use of AI to improve pricing processes. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of pricing analysts while acting as a trusted advisor on pricing strategy and matter economics.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation and/or MBA
- 6+ years of relevant experience in managerial role in financial planning and analysis, pricing, finance, or a related field, preferably in a professional services environment
- Bilingualism (French/English)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and related platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pricing, project management, process improvement, or legal operations is considered an asset
- Experience supporting complex, multi‐jurisdictional or high‐value matters and client portfolios
- Results-oriented with a client service mindset and ability to deliver under tight deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels and liaise effectively with partners and other stakeholders at all levels
