Job Summary
Pricing, Reimbursement & Access Manager leads UK & Ireland oncology/haematology PRA strategy, driving pricing, reimbursement, and access across NHS and private markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop payer materials, early pricing discussions, and alignment with global strategy for new product launches. The role requires deep NHS/NICE HTA experience, ability to shape payer strategy, monitor KPIs, and influence brand planning through evidence generation and health economics collaboration. The role also involves partnering with field-based PRA teams, Health Economics, and global teams to ensure readiness for product launches and optimal pricing outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- Strong Market Access & NHS knowledge
- Ownership and accountability for key deliverables
- Strategic thinking and ability to synthesize information into priorities
- Track record of implementation with prioritization and time management
- Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with cross-functional collaboration
- Leadership: ability to create a vision and inspire a team; experience leading without authority
- External engagement with NHS/private sector stakeholders (e.g., Ad Boards, Consultancies, Joint Working)
- Experience in Oncology and/or Haematology
- Experience with private healthcare payers, insurers, or private hospital networks
- Experience with external NHS customers
- Environmental knowledge of NHS policy, oncology commissioning, and ABPI code
