Job Summary
Pricing & Promotions Specialist is part of Epson’s new Sales Operations Team in Riga. Responsible for supporting the planning, administration, and execution of incentive programs designed to motivate channel partners (distributors, resellers, etc.) to increase sales and achieve business goals, including data collection and rebates/promotions management, and ensuring correct calculation and payment through the Order-to-Cash process. You’ll support commission processing, data submissions, system records maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with finance, supply chain, logistics, and Europe-wide Epson teams. Key responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for customers, managing rebates and promotions, ensuring data quality, and supporting internal business cycles and reporting. Requirements include experience in sales administration or similar, understanding of Order-to-Cash KPIs, strong MS Excel skills, SAP/ERP exposure, excellent written/spoken English, and effective communication with European colleagues. The role offers a hybrid work model based in Riga with a monthly gross salary of 1700–2000 EUR, plus benefits such as annual bonus, health insurance, development programs, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales administration or a similar support role
- A good understanding of the Order-to-Cash process and key operational KPIs
- Good MS Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP (SD / MM / IBP BW)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Good English (written and spoken) for communication with colleagues in Europe
