Job Summary
The Pricing Program Manager will provide financial analysis, tracking, and consultation to the Merchandising team to maximize vendor rebates and cost claims. Responsibilities include managing monthly vendor rebate reporting, profit & loss analysis, billing and reconciliation, and providing insights to Category Managers. The role requires coaching a team of analysts and collaboration across departments to facilitate supplier program initiatives. A post-secondary degree focused on accounting, finance, or business is required along with significant experience in financial management and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree/diploma with a focus on accounting, finance or business
- 5 + years in a merchandise or financial management role
- 5 + years in a people management role
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Toad reporting tool
