Job Summary
Lead pricing operations team to drive governance, accuracy, and compliance across all pricing-related activities. Manage pricing governance, approvals, and agreement compliance. Drive timely rollout of RPA projects, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business objectives. Oversee data accuracy, system improvements, and continuous process optimization. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and Master Data teams to influence best practices and elevate operational performance. Report to the Group Manager – National Pricing – Data Quality & Compliance and lead change, elevating standards to make a tangible impact.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in pricing frameworks and data governance
- Demonstrated leadership of medium-sized teams, driving engagement, performance, and delivery of key business outcomes
- Demonstrated process improvement and continuous improvement capability
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Project management experience driving systems or process enhancements
