Job Summary
Pricing Manager to lead pricing analytics, rebate management, and pricing systems in a hybrid role based in Hunt Valley, MD. Drives pricing strategy, governance, and data-driven decision-making with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Vendor Management, Solutions Development, Finance, and Operations. Builds analytical models, dashboards, and reporting solutions (Excel, Power BI) to improve pricing accuracy, profitability, and customer profitability while mentoring a team of pricing analysts and ensuring compliance with pricing policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in pricing systems management, pricing analytics, rebate management, data management within a B2B environment
- experience leading or mentoring pricing analysts
- advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
- experience transforming large datasets into actionable insights
- strong communication and presentation skills to senior executives
- experience with enterprise pricing software solutions and large-scale pricing databases
