Job Summary
Pricing Manager to develop and execute a global pricing strategy, synthesize customer, competitive, and market intelligence into actionable pricing insights, own and improve pricing models, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to balance value creation with margin goals. Responsibilities include market intelligence, pricing model management, strategic price setting, price realization tracking, reporting and insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Required: Bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years in pricing analysis or related fields; proficiency with Excel and Power BI; strong understanding of cost structures, margins, and value-based pricing; clear communication and presentation skills. Location: Cleveland, OH (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Accounting or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or revenue management
- Experience working with Excel, Power BI, financial analytics, and data visualization
- Strong understanding of cost structures, margin analysis, and value-based pricing
- Proficient communication and presentation skills
