Job Summary
Pricing Manager responsibilities include driving disciplined pricing practices across the Sales Area Americas, translating pricing strategy into practical tools, guidelines, and approval structures; monitoring discount practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness; identifying and reducing price leakage to improve margin; leading pricing analysis, scenario modeling, and profitability assessments; supporting negotiations with data-driven insights; partnering with Sales leaders to improve pricing discipline; managing pricing KPIs and driving continuous improvement; and leading Pricing Specialists.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years in pricing, revenue management, or a related field
- Experience with sales organizations in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience in pricing analytics, discount governance, and margin optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
