Job Summary
Pricing Manager responsible for checking and confirming items and prices for hospital tenders in North Area; propose optimal bidding prices for internal review and discussion; negotiate selling prices and bid in hospitals of North Area; conduct Pricing Host meetings to collect competitors’ pricing and other relevant information for developing optimal pricing proposal; discuss with sales leaders about proposed strategy and rehearse all possible situations during negotiation; coordinate and develop the action plan by implementing RACI Model; check and approve selling prices submitted through GPM system; review and analyze selling prices of major products; visit customers to collect information regarding hospital policies and management processes; review product WAP in each sector and analyze possible opportunities and impacts; submit analysis reports to manager for reference.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with major in Pharmacy or related field
- At least 3-year pricing or sales experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills, ex. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Analytical skills, well-organized and strategic initiatives
- Good negotiation skills
- Pleasant personality, be patient and team-oriented
- High tolerance in stress management
- Good English reading and writing
