Job Summary
Lead daily execution of the pricing change process by vetting vendor-announced price changes, triaging intake requests from vendors and sales, and assigning work items to a team of 10+ Pricing Administrators. Perform secondary validation on completed updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closure before confirming changes in the system. Monitor pricing activity through dashboards to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflows and documentation standards. Serve as the first escalation point for exceptions, including unusual cost increases, and coordinate with sourcing, procurement, and national account stakeholders. This onsite day shift role is based in Atlanta, GA, with consideration for other U.S. HUB locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, pricing operations, finance, or related business functions
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in a high-volume, workflow-driven environment
- people leadership is essential
- Strong analytical skills with ability to review cost/price movements and assess exception scenarios
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and ability to partner effectively with sales, sourcing, procurement, customer service, and vendors
- This is an onsite, day shift role

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in distribution and/or foodservice industries preferred
- AS400 experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel capability strongly preferred/expected
