Job Summary

Pricing Czar leads the full enterprise sales cycle for Pricing, targeting retailers, CPGs, and distributors across North America. You’ll own discovery, live demos, and tailoring the narrative to pricing challenges; evangelize pricing science to CFOs, CMOs, and Chief Merchandising Officers; collaborate with marketing/product/customer success to sharpen messaging and drive adoption; build a robust pipeline through outbound, channel partnerships, and personal networks; represent the company at industry events and webinars. The role requires deep expertise in price elasticity, promotional effectiveness, and competitive pricing strategy, and a proven ability to read rooms, adjust the story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities. Compensation includes base plus aggressive commission; location is United States.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • experience in retail tech, pricing software, or adjacent analytics/SaaS
  • ability to engage C-suite and VP-level buyers
  • demonstrated track record of closing multi-hundred-thousand to seven-figure deals
  • strong presentation and live-demo skills
  • self-starter with hunter-mentality
  • passion for pricing as a business discipline
