Job Summary
Pricing Coordinator responsible for entering and maintaining vendor costing records and cost changes, managing Mass Quote Updates (MQU) in SAP, maintaining Customer Specific Pricing (CSP) in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate price updates, and collaborating with Product Management and District Commercial Specialists to implement pricing strategies. The role involves audits to reduce discrepancies, coordination of supplier price changes to customer accounts, and acting as a liaison between Product Management, Purchasing, and Customer Service, with additional duties as assigned. Requires post-secondary degree or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency with MS Office; based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada at Univar Solutions Canada Ltd.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Proven ability to effectively meet difficult deadlines and perform well under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
