Pricing Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage pricing associates, vendors, and store directors to ensure company policies and procedures are followed while maintaining the price image. Reinforce culture and performance expectations, coach new hires on SMS pricing software and handhelds, and document violations to conduct corrective action up to termination. Finalize weekly schedules, review verification results for stocking gaps, and address guest concerns directly on the sales floor. Maintain department cleanliness and collaborate with the Pricing Support Team to keep manuals current. Full-time role with daytime shifts (7:00 AM–4:00 PM), occasional evenings/weekends, and Wednesday starts at 3:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and all personnel
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle situations
- Basic knowledge in computer functions and Microsoft Suite products; including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Ability to bend at or below waist level, kneel, and reach above shoulder level
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends
- Ability to work Wednesdays starting at 3:00 AM
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Ability to provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
