Job Summary
Own day-to-day project management activities from initiation to closure for all projects under the Pricing, Contracts, and Tenders portfolio. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies while tracking progress against scope, cost, quality, and risk parameters. Facilitate project governance forums, produce high-quality reporting for senior leadership, and translate complex execution status into clear, decision-oriented insights. Identify early-stage risks and interdependencies, define mitigation plans, and coordinate corrective actions across Commercial Excellence, IT, and external partners. Ensure proper documentation of key deliverables and maintain PMO standards and tools.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager delivering cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing IT-enabled, system implementation, or process transformation projects
Desired Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
- PMI or equivalent certification
- Excellent presentation and excel skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, structured, and flexible working style, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
- Good communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences and stakeholders, including collaborating with external vendors for day-to-day project activities
