Job Summary
Manage pricing department operations by executing price changes, ad displays, and tag hanging while ensuring accurate pricing of all store products. Collaborate with department managers and vendor partners to deliver consistent pricing policies and maintain department standards. Perform best practices outlined in the Pricing team manual, including picking up, organizing, and cleaning work areas as needed. Provide exceptional guest services by assisting customers with locating items on the sales floor. This part-time role supports the Pricing Coordinator at a Wisconsin grocer with over 40 locations, offering weekly pay, a 15% associate discount, and two weeks of advanced scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and all personnel
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle situations
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Lifting up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis
- Frequently bending at waist level, kneeling and reaching above shoulder level
- Continuous repetitive hand movement, grasping and fine manipulation
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
