Pricing Business Lead

Pricing Business Lead: Owns the design, governance, and delivery of pricing and rate configuration across Opera Cloud and connected systems. Acts as the bridge between Commercial strategy and technical implementation, ensuring scalable, accurate pricing operations across all channels and platforms. Defines and governs rate codes, pricing structures, packages, and promotions; ensures alignment between commercial requirements and system capabilities; validates pricing requests before implementation; assesses pricing initiatives and change requests; performs impact analysis across systems (Opera Cloud, ATE, Data Platform, Channels); translates business requirements into technical design and configuration approach; owns standards and governance for rate and package configuration; ensures consistency and accuracy across environments; prevents misconfigurations; drives automation of bulk updates; identifies and removes manual bottlenecks; improves BAU processes for scalability; prepares UAT environments; defines and supports end-to-end testing; works with QA, Data, and Engineering to validate outputs; manages dependencies across Opera Cloud, Pricing engines (ATE), OHRA, Data Platform, and external channels; engages with Commercial/Trading, Product/Engineering, and external vendors (e.g., Oracle); monitors pricing accuracy and system behavior; supports incident investigation and root cause analysis; drives improvements to reduce recurrence of issues.
