Job Summary
Provide account-specific pricing guidance and quotes for new clients as well as renewals; conduct analysis to identify the financial impact of pricing decisions; collaborate on improving Garner’s pricing models using projected and actual healthcare costs; assist with building and monitoring mechanisms to understand performance of the book of business and intersection with the financial plan; maintain pricing models while continually identifying opportunities for efficiencies; ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in an analytical function, with strong quantitative skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. This is a remote-friendly, contract role with occasional travel to HQ and an hourly rate of $40-$45/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of professional experience in an analytical function
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
