Pricing and Profitability Manager

Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with market trends while managing the Pricing Analyst position. Monitor all pricing administration systems, including customer price files, distributor rebate programs, and promotional initiatives, to ensure accuracy and adherence to company guidelines. Review pricing disputes, take corrective actions, and collaborate with business leaders to modernize systems, automate tasks, and design BI solutions for self-serve analytics. Conduct ad-hoc profitability analysis to identify revenue opportunities and provide sales reports to management. Manage complex data sets to support pricing mechanisms and special projects.
