Pricing and Analysis Manager

Job Summary
Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals, market conditions, and customer value. Conduct research to assess pricing trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior. Build and maintain pricing tools, frameworks, and discount structures to support strategic decisions. Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing consistency and alignment. Analyze pricing metrics such as revenue, margin, and elasticity to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities. Recommend pricing adjustments, bundling strategies, and value-added services to enhance profitability. Assist in developing pricing proposals and negotiating contracts while balancing revenue goals and client satisfaction. Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Evaluate pricing tiers and optimize portfolio performance with product and finance teams. Ensure adherence to pricing regulations and industry standards. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Submit to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and financial techniques
- Experience with pricing software and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into action
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Knowledge of pricing compliance and industry best practices
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
