Pricing Analyst

Co-develop and optimize market and category pricing strategies in close alignment with Market and Category Managers. Translate high-level strategy into concrete pricing actions, calculate optimized sales prices for complex products, and monitor competitor prices to maintain accurate market positioning. Build and interpret pricing reports to track KPIs, flag performance gaps, and deliver end-to-end strategic recommendations. Support the development and maintenance of automated pricing models and algorithms, then execute calculated pricing structures within core systems. Participate in key initiatives including cross-functional business projects and M&A pricing integrations. Based in Belgium or willing to relocate; Master's degree in Economics required with strong analytical and communication skills.
