Pricing Analyst

Job Summary
Pricing Analyst responsible for generating accurate quotes for customers, configuring products, and analyzing deal characteristics to optimize pricing for profitability. You’ll maintain pricing models and databases, evaluate financial impact of pricing actions, audit sales order data for pricing accuracy, and generate periodic profitability/ pricing reports by customer and product. The role supports pricing infrastructure and pricing strategy with cross-functional collaboration across market-facing and operational teams, leveraging strong Excel modeling, data analytics, and ERP/SaaS/BI tools experience. The position is hybrid in Richmond, VA, with TempePack’s footprint expanding across manufacturing-focused packaging solutions, and requires 3-7 years of finance/pricing experience, a bachelor’s degree, US work authorization, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in a finance role
- Prior experience in a pricing, cost, or data analytics role
- Experience in manufacturing organizations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Experience working with outbound sales teams
- Excellent Excel modeling skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior knowledge or experience in ERP / other SaaS/BI tools
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative interpersonal skills
- Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis
