Pricing Analyst

Support lawyers with structuring, modeling and negotiating client and matter level fee arrangements; develop rate proposals, alternative fee arrangements, fee estimates, matter budgets and pricing options in response to client requests; assist with responding to pricing and financial components of RFPs and business pitches; support annual billing rate setting and benchmarking; develop/enhance financial templates and models to streamline pricing processes; ensure client and matter management needs are addressed through financial analysis and reporting; maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
