Pricing Analyst

Job Summary
Pricing Analyst to analyze weekly pricing trends and market benchmarks; recommend and maintain pricing by SKU/customer segment; publish regular price sheets; design future-state daily pricing workflow and supporting systems; build and maintain pricing models and historical pricing databases; explore automation opportunities and dynamic pricing solutions; collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance to align pricing with margin targets and sourcing constraints; communicate pricing decisions and insights to internal stakeholders; create and monitor pricing KPIs and margin analysis reports; identify pricing trends, risks, and opportunities in customer behavior or market dynamics; support initiatives like promotional pricing, new market/channel entry, or customer segmentation refinement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- 2–5 years’ experience in pricing, FP&A, or supply chain analytics; experience in perishable or foodservice industries preferred
- Strong Excel and data modeling skills; familiarity with pricing systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inputs and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially with sales and procurement teams
