Job Summary
Maintain and update product and pricing data across internal systems with high accuracy, manage recurring cost updates for pharmacy partners, and conduct competitor research to support pricing decisions. List new products, review supplier invoices for discrepancies, and run routine pricing checks to identify underpriced items. Perform product-level cost and margin analysis, prepare reports for stakeholders, and support ad hoc analyses including revenue impact and rebate calculations. Contribute to demand forecasting, build reporting dashboards, and streamline pricing workflows. This role offers meaningful responsibility from day one with a clear development path in a fast-growing healthcare organization.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, pricing, procurement, finance, or data-focused role
- relevant co-op and internship experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reconciliation, and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage and reconcile large datasets accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine appetite to learn and grow
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, eCommerce, or another regulated industry
- Exposure to CRM or ERP systems
