Job Summary
Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategies for U.S. government healthcare and operational programs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining cost models and pricing templates, analyzing staffing plans and labor rates, supporting pricing for FFP/CPFF/T&M/IDIQ contracts, evaluating cost drivers for profitability, researching market trends and benchmarks, and collaborating with proposal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliant, timely pricing submissions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–6 years in government contracting or financial analysis, experience with FAR/DFARS, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and excellent cross-functional communication. Located in Houston, TX with hybrid work options; salary is commensurate with experience and is disclosed during the offer process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in government contracting, pricing, proposal support, or financial analysis
- Experience supporting pricing activities for FFP, CPFF, T&M, and IDIQ contract types
- Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze large datasets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Understanding of cost structures, labor pricing, and profitability drivers within government-funded programs
