Pricing Analyst

Job Summary
Develop budgets, pricing models, and financial analyses to support client proposals and fee arrangements. Analyze historical and current financial data to identify pricing trends, profitability insights, and best practices. Prepare alternative fee arrangements, special rate structures, and other pricing solutions in response to client needs and RFPs. Partner with attorneys, business development, and internal stakeholders to provide fee estimates, pricing guidance, and value-based recommendations. Build knowledge of practice group economics and document pricing best practices to improve consistency and efficiency. Collaborate with the Pricing and Legal Project Management team, Finance, Accounting, and practice leaders to ensure pricing compliance and support profitable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience supporting pricing, profitability, or financial analysis in a professional services or law firm environment
- Familiarity with alternative fee arrangements, rate strategy, and client proposal support
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with databases or other data analysis tools
- Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate findings clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and locations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse business groups
