Job Summary
Receive, review, and implement vendor pricing while establishing and maintaining line item pricing for key accounts, multi-divisions, and site-specific contracts. Monitor price levels and discounts by region, channel, and pricing type to maintain discount goals, then provide backup support in resolving price discrepancies with customers. Perform competitor analysis on product offerings, pricing, and promotions to recommend strategies, and determine price points for new, used, demo, and excess products. Establish and maintain vendor rules and automated price programs, including coordination for yearly price increases and Branch location Price Review preparations. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while interacting with all levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- 3 years prior experience with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- SQL & Eclipse ERP System
- Good verbal & written communication skills (internal & external customers)
- Proven ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization
- Ability to be a problem-solver in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of organization skills and be a self-starter
- The ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment
- Strong decision-making ability is desired but also must know when to seek assistance
