Pricing Analyst

Job Summary
Develop pricing models that balance profitability, market competitiveness, and customer value while analyzing margins, pricing trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Support customer quotes, bids, contracts, and promotional pricing by monitoring material costs, labor, freight, and market conditions to recommend adjustments. Maintain pricing accuracy across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and pricing systems, then build dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business insights. Partner with Finance to explain pricing variances and support forecasting, while recommending process improvements that enhance pricing accuracy, efficiency, and governance. Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Management to strengthen the competitive position and support long-term growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of pricing, financial analysis, or related B2B business experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus
