Job Summary
Lead on the execution of pricing activities for the Metal Solutions businesses (Buildings, Components Residential Metal Roofing, and Retail Direct). Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to drive pricing execution aligned with monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term targets. Interpret pricing data to develop recommendations, ensure price consistency across channels, and support price increase/decrease initiatives. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple pricing projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years combined experience in pricing positions, price consulting, finance or related fields, ideally in a B2B setting
- Exposure to pricing methodology and systems
- Self-starter who acts with urgency and care
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
